I had recently purchased a wood burning stove from Sierra Timberline and I couldn't be happier with both the. product and the installation. The stove is working better than I expected and it is beautiful.
A special thank-you to Nic and Carl, who handled the installation. They were absolute professionals. They were meticulous in their work from start to finish. On time, and explained exactly how things were going to be done. I had many questions, which were all explained in detail.
They protected my floors, so careful of my living room furniture and care was taken when installing pipe thru the roof, They worked efficiently and carefully. After the install was finished, they explained exactly how to season the new stove, how it worked and we discussed future cleaning and maintenance. I appreciated the professional knowledge and care they took with me, as I have never had a wood stove in my prior homes.
It's rare these days to find this level of craftsmanship and customer care. I highly recommend Sierra Timberline to anyone looking for a high-quality stove and expert installation. I love my new stove!

Dan was very kind and took his time helping me with some new rope to seal my firebox door, an old classic Englander 24-IC. He relayed that I should check the fire screen cap for creosote build up, which is just the oils and sap from the wood we burn.
Sure enough, the cap was completely coated, not letting smoke out the chimney. I got my gear and instructions and have what feels like a brand new stove.
The store has an amazing selection of stoves, interior decorations and amazing staff.

I have a fireplace extraordinaire and I did not know that Sierra Timberline did cleaning otherwise I would have had you do it before, but I want to thank you for the technicians that you have that come out, I was so comfortable. Carl was so knowledgeable, and fixed the big mess the other handyman had done. It was amazing. Today I had the good fortune of having your service technician, Brian, come to look at my faltering wood stove...Brian showed up as scheduled with a big smile and a wonderful attitude. He got right to work and within about 30 minutes had correctly diagnosed the stoves troubles. He was very kind, clean, efficient.Well Done!

Recently upgraded my old wood stove to a new EPA Certified stove, went to Sierra Timberline to check out their amazing selection of stoves. We had a 20+ year old Whitfield pellet stove that finally became inoperable. Andrew, a friend of ours, works for Sierra Timberline and recommended the Santa Fe pellet stove. We worked with Jared who was extremely knowledgeable he invited me in to go over all the features, etc. before our stove was installed. Brian and Carl removed the old stove and put in the new onethey were incredible; and had the new stove installed under and hourI was expecting it would take the whole morning! We did have a couple of glitches with the house wiring that impacted the functioning of the stove I contacted Jared who let the service department know. They sent Brian right out the next day who quickly diagnosed the issue and ensured proper operation. We are so thrilled with the stove and impressed with its advanced features. Cant say enough positive about Sierra Timberline staff from beginning to end regard their products; knowledge of every feature; respect for their customers; and absolutely superior customer service. I know I can count on them to handle any issues we may have in the future with the stove and will definitely be using them to do my yearly service.
